About SFRAW, TX Raw & What You Can Buy
If you live in the greater Austin, Texas region, feed raw or home-prepared fresh foods to your pets, and would like to enjoy purchasing from a huge, well-curated selection of extremely high-quality, well-sourced prepared SFRAW foods, DIY raw/fresh food feeding ingredients, treats & supplements - join us!
Membership is free for the first year for all *founding* individuals willing to help us establish a SFRAW Texas buyer’s group community in the Austin, Texas region. After we get established, we will collect annual membership dues from our members to offset overhead costs. Dues-paying members enjoy an everyday discount of 30% off retail pricing.
WHAT WE SELL:
SFRAW Texas members will be able to place orders from our full catalog for frozen/cold freight delivery to the Austin, Texas area for monthly pick-ups to start. If demand can support weekly ordering, we’re prepared to go to one-per week orders, if interest supports this, but we’ll start with monthly delivery & pick-up from a single central location. We are currently looking into refrigerated/climate-controlled home-delivery options – if you have any leads or connections, please let us know!

We have over 3,000 SKUs of curated by SFRAW products available, ongoing. New things arrive in our location in San Francisco every single day – we are open 7-days a week; “one-off” buys and limited offers are frequent and so, not everything on the website is currently available and everything available in our shop on a day-to-day basis may also not be represented on the website.
Once we get established in Austin, we will seek to work with local regenerative producers, and help to get their products out to SF, too (if they’d like us to!)
Note: Ordering through SFRAW is “conversational”! We want to actually TALK to you (yes, we’re a little old school this way), and get to know you and your animals’ needs. This way we can help find you the best products to meet your budget and preferences from what is available that week or month. We offer an astounding variety of human-grade (antibiotic/hormone-free, grass-fed/pastured, certified organic, wild, regenerative, biodynamic) meat, bones, our own line of SFRAW raw foods, hand-crafted treats, home-prepared diet pre-mixes, books, natural household/cleaning supplies, sundries, locally prepared & wholesome, organic foods and treats for humans, herbals and supplements.
We offer seasonal products including pastured eggs, truly local raw honey, exceptional extra-virgin cold-pressed Greek estate grown & hand-harvested olive oil, pastured raw goat milk. Our shipments are going to be made on deep frozen pallets, so raw dairy will be available frozen only and fresh products won't be included in the TX Raw catalog.
As much as possible, we only buy from local family farms that practice humane-farming or sustainable, pastured farming methods. As we establish our Texas group, we’d love to bring on locally made Texas goods that meet our standards, too! We always seek out the best deals possible but will not purchase factory-farmed meat products to save money. Our focus is on supporting producers that raise healthy, wholesome, truly natural, pasture-raised, grassfed & FINISHED, regenerative, wild, and organic meats/poultry/game and raw dairy.
SFRAW and TX Raw is a member supported buyer's group; membership dues and volunteer support are vital to the success of our operation. There are no minimum purchase requirements.
